A huge corona, glitter-like Baily’s beads and a dramatic drifting diamond ring were the highlights of a memorable eclipse

A dramatic totality that was gone in 60 seconds turned out to be one of the most memorable solar eclipse experiences of recent years. 

Experienced from the sundeck of P&O Cruises Australia’s Pacific Explorer the ‘hybrid’ solar eclipse on Thursday, April 20, WhenIsTheNextEclipse.com editor and content director Jamie and Gill Carter were among 2,000 eclipse-chasers.
